Thoughts at 2.52am

I woke up in the middle of the night. There was a dream. It seemed to be about granddad, I am not sure. The harder I try to recall my dream, the hazier it got.

There were hustlings from outside my door. I was excited. My aunt said she heard granddad's footsteps on the third night, maybe tonight he was doing something much more than just walking.

Then the distinct dangling of Buddy's chain became apparent. Yep, not granddad, just Buddy.

Just Buddy, humping on a pillow.

Buddy was on high trying to use the pillow as an inflatable doll. He didn't even bother to wag his tail at me. He was busy trying out different positions. Speaking from an objective, human point of view, the pillow was not quite the substitute for a bitch.

I went back to my room. Not before long, I heard rippings.

Rushing back out to the living room, I saw that Buddy had ripped off one end of the pillow. The pillow was now his inflatable doll.

I slapped Buddy on his snout, fought with him for his sex toy (he was never this persistent on protecting any of his food or toys before) and went back to my room again. But now I wonder whether what I do is right. Buddy is but a teenage male. Isn't it bad enough that we don't allow him to have a girlfriend, let alone not giving him a channel to let out his sex drive?

Two fifty two in the morning, I am concerned about my dog's sex life.

Oh by the way, Charles, I would strongly recommend you to bring back your own pillow when you come home this weekend.

I know what you're thinking. Nooooo! don't neuter buddy! So buddy has been putting the moves on a pillow, big deal. Given enough alcohol, all males are able to put the moves on anything.

I've seen a dog try to seduce a human knee, a human arm, a bicycle, a basketball... even a cat, their most hated enemy. A pillow is nothing! At least it is like soft.

But you did bring up a brilliant business idea that I recommend you immediately patent. Blow-up sex dolls for dogs. You can have a whole range of breeds. I think there is a market for it.
