Danger in bathroom
I heard on the radio this morning, in an interview with a cardiologist from NTU Hospital that it can cause strain on our hearts if we, um, 'squeeze' too hard while excreting.
That would logically mean then, you are more at risk from heart attacks with the more severe cases of constipation?
All the more reason to eat fiber.

便秘者.....該去看醫生了, 如若不治, 放件壽衣在廁所便可.....心臟病發作時請先清潔身上的糞便, 以便家人方便時實行後事
As much as I like to keep my blog clean, I'd just like to point out,
I don't think there will be much, um, excretions on the body if it is a case of consitpation....
